​​1.     General Intent

The swimming pools and their surrounding area and facilities are primarily for the use of OTG. Resident’s guests are permitted to use the facilities during such hours and in such numbers as requested, at the discretion of the IOMC, provided they are in the company of a resident or holiday house user and are in possession of a Resident Pool Access Card. 

The pool area is monitored by CCTV 24 hours a day.

The maximum number of persons from each house permitted to use the facilities at any one time is 8.

The lifeguard on duty has authority to request any person to leave the pool or its surrounds for contravening any of the Swimming Pool Rules or exhibiting anti-social behaviour.

 
2.     Swimming Pool Rules

a.       The Pool Lifeguard must be always present during bathing. This is a legal requirement of our Licence.

b.       Access to the pool is restricted to 9am - 1pm, and 2pm - 7pm, on the days when there is a Lifeguard present.

c.       Swimmers must shower before using the pool.

d.       Pets of any kind are not allowed in the pool or poolside area.

e.       No person shall enter the pool while suffering from any contagious or cutaneous disease.
f.       Adults must properly supervise their children.

g.       No glass or ceramic bottles or containers are allowed in the pool areas.

h.       All litter must be disposed of in the receptacle provided, if any, or disposed of away from the pool area.

i.        Pool users must not create a nuisance to other pool users or residents.

j.       When there is no lifeguard on duty, or the pool is closed use of the pool or entry into the facility is legally not allowed. 

k.       OTG must comply with any directions from the Lifeguard.

l.        The pool area is strictly Non-Smoking and non-vaping.


Additional Guidelines for Poolside Parties

First note that other OTG have unrestricted access to the pool during the time when permission is given for a Poolside Party

For a Poolside Party its Host must be an Owner or Tenant.  They must:

  • Make a formal request to the Manager at least 2 weeks prior to the proposed event providing details of the event. 
  • Clarify the proposed number of persons. 
  • Always be present at the Poolside Party


During the Poolside Party the Host must:

  • Ensure the number of Guests is kept to within the agreed number.
  • The party does not become excessively noisy or otherwise out of control.
  • The party ends in an orderly way within the agreed time frame.


The host is liable to reimburse the Incorporated Owners of Butterfly Crest for the cost of repairs for any damage caused by the Party.

游泳池使用指引

本屋苑擁有本區最美麗的私人游泳池，為了樣各住戶可以安全有序地享用，請務必遵守以下下使用規則：

a     在沒有救生員當席時，任何人不得使用泳池，一切責任將由使用人承擔。

b     進入泳池前請先沖身。

c     狗隻及所有寵物均不準進入泳池範圍。

d     患病或有傳染病者請待完全康復後才可使用泳池。

e     小童必須由成年人照顧下可以使用泳池。

f     玻璃及瓷瓦等飲食容器均不得帶進泳池範圍。

g     廢物必須包好放入廢物箱內，遠離泳池範圍。

h     泳客必須尊重其他使用者，不能滋擾他人包括鄰近住戶。
