​a.       The Estate Manager is responsible for ensuring that the DMC and these Guidelines are complied with. The IOMC reviews them annually and at such other times as may be necessary. 

b.       Constructive input from OTG is encouraged in order that these Guidelines, and Owner’s assets might be continuously improved.
