a.       The Estate’s steep road adds to the danger moving vehicles pose to children and residents.   Drivers must be always vigilant, and drive at low speeds. All parked vehicles must be left in a secure state, i.e., with the parking brake on, and the “Park”, or “Low Gear” controls activated. House Owners and their Tenants have a duty to make their visitors aware of these requirements.

 b.       The existing parking provision for each house is generally only for one vehicle. Action will be taken to prevent additional cars entering the estate if they are parked in a way that adversely impacts other house occupants.
